2027 Dates Are Open — And March Onwards Fills First

We are now taking bookings for 2027, and if you are planning anything from March onwards, this is the useful time to read on.
The dates that go first
Every year the pattern repeats almost exactly:
Summer Saturdays (May–September). These are the first to go and the first to be regretted. A significant share of 2027's summer Saturdays are already held.
December, all of it. Christmas party season is the densest stretch in the calendar — not just Saturdays, because corporate parties run midweek too. December dates are routinely booked nine to twelve months out.
Bank holiday weekends. Short supply, high demand, every year.
Prom season (late June–July). Concentrated into a few weeks, and schools tend to book as a cluster.
Midweek dates outside December, and anything between January and March, stay available far longer. If your date is flexible, that is where the value sits.
How far ahead people actually book
For weddings, most couples book us 9 to 18 months before the day, usually just after the venue and photographer are confirmed. Booking the booth is generally one of the later decisions — which is exactly why the good dates are gone by the time people get to it.
Corporate and brand events run much shorter, often 2 to 4 months, though December is the obvious exception.
If you are reading this in late 2026 about a summer 2027 wedding, you are bang on time. For December 2027, you are early in the best way.
Holding a date
A date is held with a deposit. The balance is due before the event, not on the day — nobody wants to be chasing payment during a wedding reception.
If your plans shift, talk to us. Date changes are usually workable if there is reasonable notice and we have the alternative free.
Prices for 2027
Packages start at £220, with wedding packages from £270. Every package includes unlimited prints, a custom strip design, a professional attendant, backdrop and props — we do not price those as extras.
Rates confirmed at booking are locked for your event. Booking early is not just about availability; it fixes your price too.
